«During rehearsals for «Legend of Frenchie King», I noticed that when the wind gusted there was the potential for a great picture. When the time came, I only had one frame left – one shot at it. But suddenly the wind swept her hair across her face, and it was a knockout.»

Last night Mardou&Dean showed their autumn winter 2015 collection at The Garage, The Thief. For this season we get a feeling that the designers are going back to their roots with a collection consisting of their classic materials but with elements of traditional patterns.
Mot i brøst, stål i ben og baller is a collective of photographers including Mille, Andrea, Leikny and Julie. They want to defuse nudity, to display men and women in a natural and unpretentious way. Everything without retouching. Here, photos from their show Friday 13th at Cyan :studio.

This year the two up and coming Norwegian brands GRAA and AÙMA were invited by New York Fashion Week to show their collections at Fashion Gallery: a stage for emerging designers.
Both brands are a part of F5, a fashion collective based in Oslo with a simple philosophy: together we are stronger. Their focus is to gather and strengthen fashion in Norway but also on an international scale.
AÙMA is a young contemporary brand that is driven by Gloria Aùma and her partner Magne Risnes. Their collection features both mens & womanswear.
Architecture, big city lifestyle and its citizens inspire this season. Therefor there was no better place to showcase their collection than in New York. The colors are dark from black to navy but with hints of white, grey and powder pink. Key materials are jersey in natural fibers, alcantara and silk organza.
GRAA is all about streetwear for men and is inspired by the everyday life and taste of the two designers Benjamin Marthinsen and Filip Wibe. Both are creative souls and started the brand with the purpose of making the perfect grey sweatshirt. The collections are wearable with classic pieces such as basic jeans and college sweats to more advanced outwear in wool and technical materials.

«CIFF introduced CIFF RAVEN – a brand new, sharply curated menswear and lifestyle platform in the cultural hotspot of Copenhagen, Denmark.»
RAVEN is a new menswear fair that brings together fashion, design, art and culture. The fair is modern and street-inspired, and it features a range of interesting and well curated menswear designers.

Copenhagen International Fashion Fair (CIFF) is the leading and most innovative platform in northern Europe, presenting carefully curated areas for premium brands. For the last years the team at CIFF have been working on rebranding themselves and to get more involved with international buyers. This is absolutely showing! monDieu was invited to have a look at their huge fair inside Bella Center and we spent hours walking around and getting inspired. Have a look at some of the designers that caught our eye.
